Effective September 1st, 2025, water bills will be sent on the 10th of each month with a due date of the 25th of each month. 

Sewer & Water Rates - Effective June 1, 2025

SENIOR FREEZE CATEGORY 

Senior Freeze Minimum Bill (first 3,000 gallons) will be $30.81.  The rate for sewer & water over the first 3,000 gallons is the same as the regular Residential rate.   If you are receiving a Senior Freeze exemption on the most recent real estate tax bill then you will qualify for both the Senior Freeze Sewer and Water Minimum and the Senior Freeze Garbage rates (Senior Freeze Garbage Rates are for qualifying unincorporated seniors only).

Residential Rate:
The minimum combined water use and sewer service charge for all residential rate customers is hereby fixed and established as $40.59 per monthly billing period, based upon actual or estimated meter readings of water furnished to the user for the monthly billing period up to, but not exceeding, three thousand (3,000) gallons.

The water and sewer user charge for usage in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons of water furnished a month shall be at the following rates:

Water user charge: $11.92per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

Sewer user charge: $1.61 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

Municipal Rate & Non-Profit:
The minimum combined water use and sewer service charge for all Municipal rate customers is hereby fixed and established as $46.62 per monthly billing period, based upon actual or estimated meter readings of water furnished to the user for the monthly billing period up to, but not exceeding, three thousand (3,000) gallons.

The water and sewer user charge for usage in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons of water furnished a month shall be at the following rates:

 Water user charge: $13.43 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

 Sewer user charge: $2.11 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

Commercial Rate:
The minimum combined water use and sewer service charge for all commercial rate customers is hereby fixed and established as $120.18 per monthly billing period, based upon actual or estimated meter readings of water furnished to the user for the monthly billing period up to, but not exceeding, three thousand (3,000) gallons.   

The water and sewer user charge for usage in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons of water furnished a month shall be at the following rates:

Water user charge: $18.62 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

Sewer user charge: $2.51 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

Sanitary Sewer Service Only Rate:
Effective with the billing cycle commencing July 1, 2025, the minimum sewer service charge is hereby fixed and established as $405.46 per monthly billing period for all Municipal and commercial rate customers who only receive sanitary sewer service.

GARBAGE RATES:
The new residential charge for all residential garbage and recycling per household is hereby fixed and established as $23.21.  Senior rate is hereby fixed and established as $21.65.
