Family Support & Community Engagement (FsACE)
Case management program that looks at your needs and builds you a path towards self-sufficiency. You receive:
- Dental and vision services like: dental exams, eye exams, and glasses
- Transportation help with car repairs, bus cards, gas cards, and more
- Scholarships for post-secondary education
- Job prep and counseling with training, job placement, and more
- Fresh produce and nutrition education
- Additional funds for unique needs like beds, getting an ID, paying GED fees, and more
