The Leyden Township Assessor’s Office provides assistance to taxpayers, Real Estate agents, appraisers and municipalities on property tax related matters, which include:

· Completing Homeowner, Senior and Senior Freeze Exemption forms.

· Circuit Breaker & Pharmaceutical Assistance Applications for
Illinois Seniors and Disabled persons.

· Assistance with assessment questions and the filing of appeals.

· Assist with application for Certificate of Error.

· Filling out form for Name and Address change.

· Sales transfer history available.

· Real Estate tax records available on all properties

· Sidwell maps available for public use.

· FREE Notary Public service for all assessment and tax related documents.
